Device

Loading conveyor

Supplies the tires to the reactor at a preset speed.
Installation reactor

It is made of heat-resistant steel with three compartments (dispenser, retort, unloading)
Screw in the reactor

Designed for tires up to 20" radius. It can withstand high loads and temperatures.
Installation framework

A rigid base for the entire structure. It can withstand dynamic and power loads.
Unloading a metal cord

It is unloaded into a trolley. A sealed door prevents air from entering the reactor.
Gas generator

It is working to start the installation. Generates gas to heat the reactor and generate electricity.
Electric generator

The excess gas from the processing of raw materials is used to generate electricity.
Filter column

Performs purification from mechanical particles, separates the combined-cycle gas mixture into fractions.
Storage capacities

Petroleum products are collected in settling tanks and water is separated from the product.

Газовая горелка

Парогазовый фильтр

Очищает и обезвоживает попутный газ для дальнейшего поступления в электрогенератор и горелку.
Настил-лестницы

Делают обслуживание установки удобным.
Парогенератор

Нагревается от исходящих отработанных газов. Пар добавляется в колонну для лучших характеристик топлива.
Факел

Избыточный газ от переработки сырья сжигается.
